Ascension is the bourbon barrel-aged version of our Rising Imperial Stout. It matured in a few different types of bourbon barrels for nearly a year before blending to create this rich and complex sipper. Notes of boozy fudge, toasty oak, toffee, coffee and a kiss of vanilla. 

Shipping Info: we ship beer on Mondays and Wednesdays only. This is to minimize the amount of time in transit to protect beer quality to the greatest extent possible (i.e we don't want your beer sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend).
