Fresh Hop IPA - 7%

We brew this fresh hop IPA once a year after our hop selection, using a full 200 pound bale of freshly harvested and kilned, whole cone hops. This year's version features our hand-selected, extra punchy, pineapple-y Idaho 7 hops from Jackson Farms just outside of Boise. Taste the Bale!

Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Carapils
Hops: Whole Cone Idaho 7 (with a touch of Simcoe pellets)
Yeast: Alibi Ale Yeast
Water: Pure Lake Tahoe Water
