RevaAnne is the first of our Lambic-inspired series, named after important women in our lives. Being the first of the series, we went for the youngest member of this crew - RevaAnne - our brewer Matt’s 4 month old daughter. This beer aged in freshly dumped red wine barrels for one year, then refermented with raspberry purée for 4 months. We stuck to Belgian Lambic tradition as close as possible by using aged hops, wild yeast and bottle conditioning. The result is this beautifully sour, jammy, oak-forward wild ale.
Gluten-Reduced! We are proud that all of our beers are gluten-reduced, using an enzyme that breaks down specific protein compounds without affecting other beer characteristics like mouthfeel, flavor and aroma. For more details, READ THIS.
