We brew this whole cone hop IPA only a few times per year, in partnership with our friends at Hollingbery Hops. Together at hop selection, we pick out a few of our stand-out favorite whole cone hops to be featured in Full Bale Ale throughout the year. This batch features a full 200 lb bale of a beautiful lot of Centennial from Willamette Valley Hop Farm in Oregon. Taste the Bale!

Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Carapils
Hops: Whole Cone Centennial (with some extra Citra/Mosaic/Strata pellets in the dry hop for good measure)
Yeast: Alibi Ale Yeast
Water: Pure Lake Tahoe Water
